Delivery Information, Lead Times & Charges
Using our own delivery fleet and experienced drivers, every effort is made by the Just Doors & Conservatories delivery team to ensure your order reaches you safely and in the same condition it leaves the factory.
We deliver to the following areas. We may be able to deliver to other areas not on this list with an added charge but please call to discuss on 0800 731 7957.

Delivery Terms & Conditions
- FREE delivery applies to our delivery areas which can be found Delivery Information above. We do not deliver anywhere outside of these areas unless by prior arrangement.
- Our working days are Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.
- You will be contacted the day before your delivery date with a morning or afternoon delivery
- Failure to accept pre-arranged deliveries which are then cancelled by you or need to be re-scheduled due to your circumstances, giving less than 48 hours notice, will incur a transport charge of £40.00 + VAT. You are required to be present to accept deliveries.
- If you are not at the arranged address on the arranged date to receive the order you will also be subjected to a £40.00 + VAT charge.
- On delivery you are required to inspect your goods to make sure they are free from damage
- On all deliveries you will be required to sign for the product, by doing this you are accepting that the product is free from damage
- Our delivery times are Monday to Friday and between the hours of 7am to 6pm.
- Just Doors & Conservatories cannot be held responsible for any cost that may be incurred due to a delivery being delayed that is beyond our control.
- No delivery will be left without a signature from the customer unless the customer advises and agrees on a safe location to leave it, if this happens Just Doors & Conservatories cannot be held responsible for the product after delivery.
- All orders will only be delivered to the address stated at the time of the order.
- Any damages or shortages must be reported within 48 hours of the delivery or claims will be rendered invalid.
- Please do not commence or arrange any work to be carried out until you have received and checked your product fully.
