The lead times specified above are estimated. Special none standard RAL colours etc can extend lead times. Estimated lead times will be advised at the point of order.
Returns & Refunds
- All of our products are made to order, therefore we cannot accept returns on any product unless faulty or damaged on delivery. This does not affect your statutory rights.
- Any returns due to damage or fault must be reported within 2 working days of the delivery. These must be returned with all original packaging.
- We will arrange any returns the same way in which we arranged the original delivery.
- Returns are subject to an inspection. Until this inspection has been carried out, no refund can be processed.
- Any damages or shortages to the product will be reflected in the refund which we process.
